Free Hebrew School We are all facing very trying times in today’s economy. At Mount Kisco Hebrew Congregation we want you to know that we are considering ways to make that burden a bit easier to carry.A new initiative has been launched that will offer free Hebrew School tuition next year to families who join our Synagogue for the first time. Each new member will be entitled to enroll their children at no extra cost for the coming academic year beginning September 2010. David Pitkoff, the President of MKHC said, “During these difficult times we have an even greater responsibility to reach out to the families in our community and provide a home that will nurture and educate our children.” The Hebrew School at MKHC offers a home for joyous Judaism, with an emphasis on teaching the beauty of our religion in addition to its language and customs. Our teachers are some of the most experienced and dynamic in the New York area. The entire community is invited to join us at our warm, vibrant and nurturing Hebrew School.
